Dry powder mortar equipment mainly consists of storage tank, double-shaft gravity-free mixer, elevator, to-be-mixed bin, small bin, finished product bin, packaging scale, bucket elevator, dust collector, full-automatic metering and batching scale bin, frame and so on. The storage tanks are mainly used to store raw materials, with a general capacity of 60 cubic meters and three in number, and are used to store materials such as cement, fly ash and sand. During production, the cement, fly ash and sand are transported to the batching bin in proportion according to the customer's formula, and the prepared materials are sent to the bucket elevator by the batching bin. Small-scale precious masterbatch such as cellulose and rubber powder can be metered into the additive hopper through the electronic scale, and the materials are lifted to the warehouse to be mixed above the frame by the bucket elevator for mixing. Then, the materials are unloaded into a double-shaft gravity-free mixer for mixing, and the mixed materials enter the finished product warehouse through the pneumatic door, and then are packaged by the valve port packaging machine to complete the operation.
