There are two kinds of open pockets and valve pockets. Dry mortar is widely used in valve bag packaging machine, because the valve bag packaging does not need seams. As long as one person operates, the open bag packaging scale can package various materials, but seams are needed after packaging. Compared with the valve port packaging machine, this packaging machine needs an additional operator.
4. Dust catcher:
It is used to recover dust from dry powder mortar production line, which is beneficial to environmental protection and the health of processing personnel. The vacuum suction port is generally located at the conveying port of cement silo, filling machine and other places.
5. Conveying and lifting structure:
The material transportation modes used in the production line warehouse include horizontal transportation and vertical transportation. Screw conveyor can be used for horizontal transportation, bucket elevator or electric elevator can be used for vertical transportation.
6. Fully automatic industrial control system:
The PLC consists of industrial computer, high-voltage cabinet, touch screen and computer.
At present, the quality of the mortar on the construction site of the production line equipment with a daily output of 120 tons of dry mortar is unstable and the strength does not meet the requirements.
